iZND Services Officially Launched their own Online iZND Helpdesk Support Portal
Great news!! iZND Services has just launched their online iZND Helpdesk Support Portal to support both individuals and Corporations (that has signed up)
This will allow each and everyone that had raised their respective Requests / Issues is able to track & monitor the progress & status.
This also will ensuring that the issues / solutions are followed up accordingly
** Additional feature was just set up on our Support Portal which will allow requests / issues sent via emails to still enjoy the same features & benefit of tracking of requests/issues. All these emails will be automatically captured and and assigned accordingly to respective Technical team based on the content of the email received.
