1. Purpose

To proactively address, remediate, and prevent adverse environmental impacts caused or contributed to by the company or its affiliates, while upholding transparency, accountability, and sustainability leadership.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all global operations, digital platforms (including iZNDVerse), affiliates, service partners, and logistics vendors whose activities may influence:

  • Waste management (incl. hazardous and e-waste)
  • Energy and natural resource consumption
  • Air quality and carbon emissions

3. Policy Directives

3.1 Incident Response & Remedy

  • Investigate all environmental non-compliances or spill incidents within 72 hours.
  • Partner with certified clean-up and restoration services.
  • Report outcomes publicly as part of ESG disclosures and SDG alignment metrics.

3.2 Responsible Waste Management

  • Mandate third-party hazardous & e-waste disposal certification.
  • Deploy blockchain traceability for vendor waste handling compliance.
  • Perform random audits and enforce remediation with escalation clauses.

3.3 Energy & Resource Efficiency

  • Deploy AI-based real-time energy optimization tools and IoT monitoring.
  • Incorporate performance thresholds for resource use in all major projects.
  • Incentivize facilities meeting quarterly resource reduction targets.

3.4 Emissions & Air Quality

  • Expand EV fleet adoption and sustainable logistics strategies.
  • Partner with verified carbon offset programs and register outcomes with national inventories.
  • Publish emissions heatmaps on the internal ESG portal for transparency.

3.5 ESG Compliance & Supplier Accountability

  • Enforce environmental protection clauses in all vendor contracts.
  • Establish a supplier ESG rating indexed via AI compliance algorithms.
  • Provide capacity-building workshops for vendors in high-risk geographies.

4. Training & Awareness

  • All employees must complete annual e-learning on environmental risk mitigation.
  • Managers are required to participate in incident drill simulations quarterly.
  • Awareness campaigns to be localized and digitized across platforms, including iZNDVerse.

5. Review & Reporting

  • ESG Office to publish a quarterly update on key incidents, remedies, and environmental KPIs.
  • This policy will be reviewed annually or following major environmental impact events.
  • KPI performance to be mapped to SDGs 6 (Clean Water), 7 (Energy), 12 (Responsible Consumption), and 13 (Climate Action).
