Users of Windows and Linux will be able to select one of the supported encodings that will be shown in a list. Before this fix non-Latin-encoded filenames resulted in blank filenames. In this launch, "insert image" button will be replaced with a new button that allows you to select a photo or album from Google Photos, upload a new image, or add an image by URL.
